your comment..."when the national economy recovers...." seems to be faith based in that there is no assurance that the national economy will "recover", if by thgat you mean, getting us back to the easy credit, high spending consumerism of prior years.
The friends of wall street de-regulated and drove the bus off the cliff...it might be middair, but it isn't going back to the top of the cliff in your lifetime!
